MARCH 15 READING…LUKE 11
Jesus teaches how to pray, by giving us a model of prayer. He then tells us to wait expectantly for His return…this means that we keep asking, we keep seeking, and we keep knocking. When Jesus was casting out demons and standing against the kingdom of darkness, the lost people accused Him of working in the power of Satan…Jesus clarified that a house divided will not stand, He did what He did by the power of God. We too need to stand against the darkness of this age…just know you will be called everything but a child of God…stand anyway. The demonic spirits cannot help themselves, they will always return. Keep the Word of God, let the light of Jesus shine through you, knowing that those in darkness cannot comprehend the light. Don’t be involved in meaningless religion, but be followers of Jesus. This is not our home, but as we pass through make a difference for eternity…stand against all evil…speak truth…do not be afraid, for He is always with us.
