JUNE 21, 2025 ~ FROM A PASTOR'S HEART

JUNE 21 DEVOTIONAL BIBLE READING:GENESIS 22:13-14

When we think of our Heavenly Father hopefully we see the most loving, caring, involved Father that we can imagine. The truth about God is that He is all-knowing (omniscient). There is not a thing that He is unaware of. He knows the end from the beginning. He not only knows the number of days that are set for each of us...He know the number of days, period. There is nothing beyond His knowledge...nothing beyond His understanding...nothing that catches Him by surprise.

What does your week hold? Like me, I am sure you have a schedule for what you have planned for this week...but they are just tentative plans that may or may not happen. The Lord knows exactly what your and my week will involve. He knows what is in-store for us this very day. And here is the great part in all that He knows...He intimately cares about each of us. He is not some distant God, who knows all things, yet is detached from us...but He knows and He cares and He is involved in our lives. Whatever we face today or anytime in the future, our God has already got it. So that means that in all things He is our provision, our protector and our promise! May we learn to genuinely rest, without worry, trusting our all-knowing, our all caring Heavenly Father!
