Welcome to the Fountain Hills Christian Ministerial Association Food Closet scheduling page.

In order to make sure that we have food boxes prepared in advance for your visit, we would like to ask that you please select a day and time that you can stop by Cornerstone Family Church to pick up food and toiletry supplies. Please use the Additional Information section to let us know if you have special needs, need baby food, etc. We would also like to know if you are attending a church in Fountain Hills or the surrounding area and if not, we would love to help you get connected with a local church.
